The works do not alter, distort, or mischaracterize Pucca IP in a way that could mislead the public or damage our brand’s reputation.
The content does not include material that is defamatory, hateful, offensive, illegal, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
Printing or using Pucca assets (such as wallpapers, posters, and avatars) strictly for personal enjoyment, including for use on personal devices, as long as such use remains private and non-commercial.
Prohibited Uses:
You may not use Pucca IP for any commercial purpose without our express prior written consent. This includes, but is not limited to:
Selling, licensing, distributing, or otherwise exploiting Pucca IP in any form, including printed merchandise, digital downloads, or physical goods.
Using Pucca IP in connection with paid content, advertisements, or any monetized platform, including social media accounts that generate revenue through sponsorships, ads, or paywalls.
Creating or distributing NFTs (non-fungible tokens) or blockchain-related assets based on Pucca IP.
You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works from Pucca IP in a way that would infringe upon our intellectual property rights or suggest an unauthorized association with us.
You may not use Pucca IP in any manner that misleads the public, violates applicable laws, or damages the goodwill and reputation of Pucca.
We reserve the right to revoke or modify this limited license at our sole discretion if we determine that any use of Pucca IP violates these terms or infringes upon our intellectual property rights. Failure to comply with this policy may result in legal action, including but not limited to takedown requests, claims for intellectual property infringement, and pursuit of damages.
4. Fan-Created Content Guidelines
Any fan-created content must be clearly labeled as “fan-made” and must include a visible disclaimer stating that it is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with us. Unless you have obtained prior express written permission from us, you may not represent, imply, or suggest in any way that your content is official or authorized.
Fan-created content must not create confusion or mislead others into believing that it is an official product, service, or media release from us. This includes, but is not limited to, content that replicates official branding, marketing materials, or proprietary designs in a way that could reasonably deceive consumers or the public.
Fan-created content must not misrepresent, damage, or defame the Pucca brand, its characters, or associated intellectual property. Sell, distribute, or license fan-made products that incorporate Pucca IP, including but not limited to merchandise, apparel, artwork, prints, posters, collectibles, digital assets, or any other physical or digital goods.
Monetize fan-created content featuring Pucca, including through advertising, sponsorships, paid subscriptions, crowdfunding campaigns, paywalled content, or any platform where revenue is generated directly or indirectly from the content.
Use Pucca IP to promote or endorse a product, service, business, or event, including but not limited to advertising, corporate branding, or promotional campaigns.
Develop or distribute digital assets, such as NFTs (non-fungible tokens), cryptocurrency-related content, or blockchain-based media, that utilize Pucca IP without an official licensing agreement.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to request the removal of any fan-created content that violates these guidelines, infringes upon Pucca IP, misuses the brand, or otherwise poses a risk to our intellectual property rights. If you receive a takedown request from us, you must comply immediately to avoid further legal consequences.
If we determine that fan-created content constitutes unauthorized use of Pucca IP, we may pursue appropriate legal remedies, including issuing cease-and-desist orders, seeking damages, recovering lost profits, and enforcing our intellectual property rights through legal action.
By creating and sharing fan-made content, you acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in Pucca IP and that all intellectual property rights remain exclusively with us. You further agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your unauthorized use of Pucca IP.
We reserve the right to amend or update these guidelines at any time. Your continued creation and distribution of fan-made content after any such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
5. NFT And Blockchain Usage
The use of Pucca IP in connection with NFTs, blockchain platforms, decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, cryptocurrencies, metaverse projects, or any Web3 technologies is strictly prohibited unless formally licensed by us. This restriction applies regardless of whether the assets are distributed freely or sold for profit.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, tokenization, or distribution of Pucca IP in NFTs or blockchain-related projects may constitute intellectual property infringement, unfair competition, or other legal violations. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including but not limited to:
Issuing cease-and-desist notices to individuals or entities engaging in unauthorized use of Pucca IP in the NFT and blockchain space.
Seeking injunctive relief to prevent further unauthorized distribution, sale, or commercialization of Pucca IP in digital assets.
Pursuing claims for damages, lost profits, statutory penalties, and other monetary compensation arising from the infringement of Pucca IP.
Working with NFT marketplaces, blockchain platforms, and regulatory bodies to remove or restrict access to unauthorized assets incorporating Pucca IP.

All licensing requests will be evaluated at our sole discretion, and we are under no obligation to approve such requests.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or expand these NFT and Blockchain Usage policies at any time to reflect evolving legal, regulatory, or business considerations. Your continued engagement in NFT or blockchain-related activities involving Pucca IP after any such updates will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
6. Trademarks and Branding
You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise incorporate Pucca trademarks, logos, or branding elements in any manner without our prior express written permission. Any unauthorized use may constitute trademark infringement, unfair competition, or brand misrepresentation, and may result in legal consequences.
Prohibited uses of Pucca trademarks and branding include, but are not limited to:
Registering, applying for, or using any business name, company name, domain name, product name, or service name that incorporates the term “Pucca” or any confusingly similar variations of our trademarks, whether exact or stylized.

Issuing cease-and-desist notices to demand the immediate removal or discontinuation of unauthorized trademark use.
Filing trademark infringement claims and pursuing damages, lost profits, and other monetary remedies for unauthorized commercial use.
Seeking injunctive relief to prevent further unauthorized use of Pucca trademarks in branding, marketing, or commercial ventures.
Working with online platforms, domain registrars, and regulatory authorities to remove infringing content and reclaim trademark-related assets.
